This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Tassili Prime LLC ("Tassili Prime," "we," "us," or "our") may issue refunds for professional consulting services. It applies to all clients who engage Tassili Prime LLC for strategy, digital growth, brand positioning, consulting, or related professional services.
This Refund Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and any signed engagement agreement between Tassili Prime LLC and the client.
1. Nature of Our Services
Tassili Prime LLC provides professional consulting services on a per-engagement basis. Each engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement that defines the scope of work, deliverables, fees, payment terms, and timeline.
Because our services involve customized professional work, strategic analysis, and intellectual effort that cannot be returned, our refund policy reflects the nature of consulting services.
2. Deposits and Advance Payments
Tassili Prime LLC typically requires a deposit or advance payment before commencing work on any engagement. These payments secure our availability, cover initial preparation, and enable us to allocate the necessary resources to your project.
2.1 Non-Refundable Deposits
Deposits paid at the start of an engagement are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover initial strategy sessions, planning, research, and resource allocation.
2.2 Refund Window Before Work Begins
If the client cancels an engagement before any work has commenced and within 7 calendar days of payment, a refund may be issued at our discretion, less any administrative or transaction fees incurred.
3. Refunds for Completed Work
Fees for work that has already been performed, delivered, or invoiced are non-refundable. This includes:
Strategic plans, reports, or recommendations delivered
Time spent in consultations, meetings, or strategic sessions
Creative or operational deliverables produced
Research, analysis, and preparatory work completed
Hours billed against an agreed scope of work
4. Cancellation by the Client
If the client wishes to cancel an ongoing engagement:
Written notice must be provided to office@tassiliprime.com
The client remains responsible for all work completed up to the date of cancellation
Any prepaid amounts covering future work that has not yet been performed may be refunded, at our discretion and less reasonable administrative costs
5. Cancellation by Tassili Prime
We reserve the right to terminate an engagement under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:
Breach of the engagement agreement by the client
Non-payment of invoices
Misrepresentation of project requirements
Conduct that prevents reasonable completion of the work
Conflict of interest or legal/regulatory concerns
In such cases, fees for completed work remain payable, and any prepaid amounts for unperformed work will be refunded to the client.
6. Dispute Resolution
If a client is dissatisfied with the work performed, we encourage you to contact us directly at office@tassiliprime.com within 14 days of delivery. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and in good faith.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
Revisions to deliverables (within the original scope of work)
Additional consultation time
A mutually agreed resolution
Refunds are issued only when, in our sole reasonable judgment, the services delivered did not meet the agreed scope of work, and the issue cannot be resolved through revisions or additional support.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Tassili Prime to resolve the issue is considered a breach of our engagement agreement and these terms. We reserve the right to dispute any unjustified chargeback and to recover the disputed amount, plus reasonable costs, through legal means.
8. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be:
Processed within 14 business days of approval
Issued through the original payment method, where possible
Subject to any applicable transaction or currency conversion fees
Confirmed by email upon completion
9. Third-Party Costs
If an engagement involves third-party costs paid on behalf of the client (such as advertising spend, software subscriptions, licensing fees, or external services), these costs are non-refundable once incurred, regardless of the status of the engagement.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, or significant infrastructure failures. In such cases, the parties will work in good faith to reschedule or restructure the engagement.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. The policy in effect at the time of engagement governs each individual project. Material changes will be communicated through our Website.
