A site that didn't sell
Traffic that did arrive met a slow, dated experience that didn't answer the questions a nervous international traveller asks before committing. Sending paid traffic to it would have been burning budget.
🚀 Now booking new projects — websites, paid ads and automation for SMBs.
📍 Case study
A travel agency with a site that produced almost no enquiries. We applied the full three-part approach: a website built to convert, paid traffic aimed at the right travellers, and automation to handle what comes after the enquiry. It now converts new clients every month.
🏜️ Snapshot
Mzabtours is a travel agency selling guided trips to travellers who research and book from abroad, months ahead of departure.
That combination makes it a demanding brief. The customer is remote, the purchase is considered and expensive, the decision is made almost entirely from a screen, and the back office runs on documents like itineraries, permits, confirmations and traveller details, all of which were being handled by hand.
The agency was doing good work and had happy travellers. What it didn't have was a reliable way for new customers to find it and get in touch.

⚠️ The challenge
Traffic that did arrive met a slow, dated experience that didn't answer the questions a nervous international traveller asks before committing. Sending paid traffic to it would have been burning budget.
Enquiries came in unpredictably, with no way to increase them on purpose and no measurement showing which effort produced which booking.
Every booking meant repeating the same document work by hand. That's survivable at low volume and a hard ceiling on growth at any volume above it.
🛠️ What was built
The order matters. Sending ads to a site that doesn't convert wastes money, and automating a process before you have volume automates nothing.
The site was rebuilt from scratch rather than patched. It was restructured around what an international traveller actually needs to decide (what the trip includes, what it costs, who's running it, how to ask a question), and engineered for speed so it loads properly on a phone over a mediocre connection.
Campaigns were built to reach travellers actively researching this kind of trip. That meant keyword and negative-keyword work to separate browsers from buyers, ad copy written in the language the customer searches in, and conversion tracking wired up before spend started so performance was measurable rather than anecdotal.
The repetitive back-office work was automated: enquiry capture feeding into a single trackable place, and the internal document and booking paperwork generated and routed automatically instead of being retyped for every traveller.
With tracking in place, campaign and site decisions could be made on data rather than opinion: which searches produced enquiries, and where people dropped off.
📈 Results
The agency went from a website that produced very few leads to one that brings in enquiries consistently and converts new clients every month.
The rebuilt site loads quickly and scores strongly on page-speed testing. That's the baseline requirement for both paid traffic and organic visibility, and the thing most small-business sites fail.
Campaigns ran to the target market with solid click-through rates and conversion tracking in place. Enquiries went from occasional and unpredictable to a steady monthly flow the business can plan around.
Automated booking and document workflows removed the repetitive paperwork from each enquiry, so growth stopped meaning proportionally more admin.
Plenty of agency case studies lead with a revenue multiple and no way to check it. We'd rather describe exactly what was built and let you ask for specifics on a call. If a number appears on this site later, it will be one we can show you the source of.
♻️ What transfers
The industry was tourism. The problems weren't.
If your customer researches online, compares options, and needs to trust you before paying, the same site-and-proof problem applies, whether you sell trips, consulting or equipment.
Reaching buyers in another country and language, and measuring whether that spend produced anything, is the same discipline in every sector.
Nearly every SMB has a process where growth means more typing. Finding and removing those is the highest-leverage work we do.
Tassili Prime works with clients across every niche: travel, hospitality, retail, industry and services. The sector changes; the sequence of site, traffic and systems doesn't.
Site, traffic, then systems. In that order, scoped to what you actually need first.
